Our client needed a fully digitized and automated workflow. We built a custom operations automated system by leveraging Microsoft Power Platform, replacing WorkflowMax.

Our client had been using Workflow Max for a very long time, but grew tired of its complex interference and the frequent slowdown issues of this job management tool. Secondly, the company behind Workflow Max announced the retirement of the product long back in June 2024. So shifting was the only option left to overcome the limitations of Workflow Max, including a complex user interface, limited mobile functionality, limited third-party integration, no service catalog, and minimal customization. Avenue Group Australia built a customised Power Platform solution.
