Challenges We Faced
The customer had implemented a rigors inspection process, but the real bottleneck amongst them was the time taken for reviewing was too much for manual management. The process was simple and straightforward; technicians would record a video as soon as any vehicle entered the company premises for documentation purposes regarding the condition of the vehicle and keep a record of any pre-existing damage.

This platform brings an automated system that assesses each video, listens to voice notes, and verifies if the important details are present. Afterwards, it generates the video quality score on the basis of analysis and stores it in a dashboard that’s always accessible to managers for evaluation purposes to ensure which inspections were thoroughly completed and which needed attention.
