This enables users to filter out specific services, be it pool repairing or maintenance services, view available time slots through an intuitive calendar, and make secure online transactions. The system is capable of handling complex scheduling rules, for example, if a user is trying to book a certain date that falls under holidays, an auto-generated email or SMS is sent to the customer right away.

This enables users with a busy schedule to remain in the loop. Oddo is capable of handling the entire backend pipeline, from scheduling appointments to technician dispatch. The administration team can easily access and control through a centralised dashboard; they can view, change, or cancel bookings with live status updates.

High-Performance Retail, SEO, and Lead Generation

To thrive in a competitive market, Hillside Pool needs to gain visibility, which will help them drive organic traffic and maximise local visibility.  We leveraged WooCommerce and built a retail environment that supports both service packages and physical pool product sales. To create a streamlined checkout experience, we fully integrated it with Stripe Live Mode so that it can process Apple Pay and Google Pay transactions.
